Lab Rescue is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. We collect information from users in two ways. Using secure technology (SSL), we collect credit card information for adoption fees, merchandise, donations, etc. which is then transmitted to a merchant account. The financial data is not held by Lab Rescue.

We also collect personal data for our Foster Application and our Adoption Application to determine the suitability of individuals to act as fosters to our labs or to adopt them. This information is held on a private database which is accessible to members of the Lab Rescue Board and Adoption Coordinators. Access to that data is strictly limited via restricted IDs and passwords and the data is used only for the purposes stated above.

We include links to other sites external to our own. These links are meant to provide further information about labs, but we have no control over the contents of those sites, so users should exercise caution in the use of such sites and read their privacy policies.
